Customer Security Configuration Announcement
Effective November 1, 2017, RMIC will be disabling TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 security protocols. These security protocols are no longer considered secure.
After TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 are disabled, RMICDirect, ELS, and our B2B platforms will no longer accept connections from clients that do not support the TLSv1.2 security protocol.
Action Required: Prior to 11/1/2017, users of RMIC’s RMICDirect, ELS, and B2B platforms should validate that their communication and browser software support the TLSv1.2 security protocol. To check your browser’s configuration, you may use RMIC’s Browser Update site and validate that the TLSv1.2 protocol is supported.
To avoid service disruptions, if your browser does not support TLSv1.2, please contact your system’s administrator to upgrade and/or reconfigure your software prior to November 1, 2017.
